Spring is almost here! As the days lengthen and nature reawakens, it's the perfect time to infuse your routine with daily spring rituals that cleanse and harmonize your body.

2. Sun Salutations: Embracing the morning sun, within the first 15 minutes of waking is essential for an aligned circadian rhythm. Incase this is out of reach, as a mama with kids there are some days where this is not possible- just step outside and feel the warmth of the sun on your eyelids ideally the first hour or two. This has been such a game changer for my overall health! These few minutes of sun helped get rid of my insomnia. So put on that robe and step into the morning sunlight to perform sun salutations. As you move, stretch or just stand there, visualize the sun's energy purifying your body and filling you with vitality. This simple yoga routine not only invigorates your muscles but also aligns you with the rejuvenating power of the season.

3. Floral Water Ritual: Incorporate floral water into your beauty routine. Rose hydrasol or rose water has such simple to find but, does amazing things! Incase you like a simple DIY- Mix water with a few drops of rose or lavender essential oil. Spritz it on your face as a refreshing toner, connecting with the floral scents to uplift your spirits and harmonize your skin.

4. Midday Herbal Elixir: Create a midday herbal elixir to support your immune system and boost energy. Mix elderberry syrup with a splash of lemon and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Feel the herbal concoction invigorate your senses and provide a gentle cleanse.
